He is a former teacher and has now been a principal for 15 years. Principal Lamb is what we would call a unicorn in the world of school administration, and you’ll see why after hearing this interview!

Principal Lamb is a 20-year educator who started as a high school biology teacher. He is now a principal in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
