A Summer Reading Update: Best Reads of 2023 So Far [S5 E161]
Listen to the full episode below:
This summer we’ve been busy running the best summer camp around…Camp BNT! We’ve had the opportunity to host several authors on the podcast during this series, followed by a debrief episode with our takeaways and actionable ways that you can use each text specifically. It’s all part of our mission to support you in your culturally responsive and equitable teaching practices.
If you are just now joining the party, welcome! We encourage you to go back and listen to episodes 151-160. And don’t forget to join in on the conversation inside our Camp BNT Facebook group. Sign up for free here!
We’re taking a break from our author interviews this week to give everyone a minute to catch up on all the content that’s been released so far. Today we’re sharing some books that we’ve read and enjoyed this summer, plus what’s up next on our TBR lists.
Although we’re not delving into the books that have disappointed us lately, we’re definitely here for that conversation too! So, if you have a book that you regret reading, or maybe couldn’t even bring yourself to finish, be sure to let us know on Instagram @bravenewteaching.
